Senior Information Technology Engineer

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Work directly with the business users to analyze, create, and support business solutions.
- Work on complex solutions based on strong data analysis and evaluation of business cases.
- Test and verify solutions, data mapping and definitions.
- Provide technical assistance with troubleshooting by responding to inquiries and questions, and resolving issues
- Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships
- Perform project management tasks related to new system implementations and related system changes. Deliver these solutions on time and on budget. Prepare and present project status reports to management and business partners
- Closely work with other IT groups on projects, remediation, Service Request and incidents.
- Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams.
- Deep technical understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & Procurement Cloud platform.
- Set up and develop BI Publisher reports, Financial Reporting Studio, smart views, OTBI Analyses, Dashboards and Reports
- Follow and comply with Health Affairs Policies and Procedures.
- Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee's knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Respects patients and their families to promote a patientcentered care culture.
- Participates in and supports quality improvement and patient safety activities as an individual as part of multidisciplinary teams.
Minimum or Required:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, Information Technology or, Communications, information sciences, or a related field.
- MCSE certificate (or equivalent) is a must.
- Basic SAN and Virtualization training/certificate.
Preferred:
- Master degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering Information Technology or, Communications, information sciences, or a related field.
- ITIL Foundation certificate.
