Obeikan Digital Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager for Digital Platform in ERP to join our team.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our digital platform in the ERP domain.

Your expertise and hands-on one in ERP deployment and implementation across all modules and strong leadership & innovation management skills will enable you to drive the growth and success of our digital platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our clients and aligns with the company's strategic goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for our digital platform in the ERP domain. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the vision, goals, and priorities.
  • Product Management: Lead the product management team in defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements. Ensure that the digital platform meets the needs of our clients and maintains a competitive edge in the market.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth. Build relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive adoption of our digital platform and generate new business.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of product managers, developers, and support staff. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure a highperforming and motivated team.
  • Market Analysis: Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their ERP requirements and challenges. Ensure that our digital platform provides valueadded solutions and meets their expectations.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with ERP vendors, technology providers, and consultants. Collaborate to integrate our digital platform with existing ERP systems and enhance the overall value proposition.
  • Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our digital platform. Continuously review and improve processes to maintain high product standards.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the budget for the digital platform. Monitor financial performance, track key metrics, and implement cost optimization measures.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, including executives, clients, and internal teams. Provide updates on the progress of the digital platform, address concerns, and seek feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP systems, with a focus on product management and leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving the development and growth of digital platforms in the ERP domain.
  • Indepth knowledge of ERP systems deployment and their functionalities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product innovation and improvement.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
