Job Responsibilities:Develops and manages contract and services agreementsPrepares bidders' lists as neededAssesses and pre-qualifies potential biddersCompiles bid request packages and ensures package approvalUploads bid request packages to the e-RFP systemFacilitates communication between bidders and addresses inquiriesReviews and assesses commercial bids
