Our Riyadh office is now seeking a dynamic and skilled Receptionist + Administrative Assistant to join our team.


As the face of BM Events, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and play a vital role in the administration of our daily operations.

This position combines reception duties with administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, assist, and direct visitors appropriately.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain uptodate records and filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English both spoken and written.
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
