Role Overview

Due to successful Regional and Global Company growth, we are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales and Business Development Manager to take over a mix of existing accounts and develop new business within the sales territory (established within the first 90 days) and help us to continue to expand our clientele and market presence. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to develop and close business with new and existing clients.

The Sales and Business Development Manager (SBDM) is responsible for all sales within the assigned territory. The BDM is also responsible for the success of all agreed sales targets throughout the territory with successful management of Channel Partner relationships, ensuring sales figures and agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are achieved and all relevant opportunity data is kept updated within the Customer Relationship Management system.

Responsibilities

  • Researching business opportunities in different verticals and identifying viable revenue streams
  • Ensure the appropriate caliber of team members are tasked with the appropriate responsibilities and projects.

Customer Focus

  • Develop opportunities with end clients throughout the territory, increasing recurring revenues to agreed targets.

Leadership

  • Work along a sales engineering team within assigned territory

  • When required ensure the sales team has the required expertise, ability, and knowledge to conduct technical communication with partner sales and engineering teams.
Qualifications
  • Proven record of hi-tech sales to end customers and/or integrators and
  • University Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in sales, or related field
  • A minimum of 5-8 years' experience within the security sector
  • Exceptional understanding, knowledge, and experience of project requirements within the security industry
  • High-level of IT Literacy – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Dubai or Saudi Arabia based with requirements to travel within Middle East & North
