Senior Marketing Specialist

Our client is a renowned hospital currently looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist in healthcare for the Saudi Arabia location.
In this role you will be responsible for:- We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Specialist with over 10 years of marketingexperience, ideally within the healthcare sector, to oversee and drive our marketing verticals.
The role demands a strategic thinker who can lead our marketing communications, manage service line marketing for both medical and surgicalspecialties, and act as the brand custodian.
The successful candidate will be a key player at the intersection of marketing, communications, and digital strategies, ensuring that our brand'smessage is consistent and impactful across all media.
Responsibilities:Marketing Communications Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies that effectively convey our brandmessage and support our organizational goals.
Service Line Marketing:
Lead targeted marketing efforts for our medical and surgical service lines, creating tailored strategies that address the uniquechallenges and opportunities of eachspecialty.
Brand Management:
Serve as the brand custodian, overseeing all brand initiativesand approvals to ensure brandconsistency and integrity across allplatforms and materials.
Design and Multimedia Production:
Oversee the design and production ofmarketing materials, including working with external vendors for photography and videography needs. Ensure that all creative assets meet our standards of quality and effectiveness.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Workclosely with the Communications and
Digital leads to integrate marketing strategies with broader organizational communications and digital initiatives.
Leadership and Team Development:
Mentor and develop junior marketingteam members, fostering a collaborative team environment and ensuringprofessional growth.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze market trends and performance data to inform strategic decisions and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaignsand strategies.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing projectsand alignment with our strategic goals.
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you need to meet the following criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing,Communications, BusinessAdministration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of marketingexperience, including at least 5 years in aleadership role within marketingcommunications at blue-chip
multinationals or major marketing agencies (Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus)
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for healthcare services.
Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing tools, multimedia production, and CRMsystems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with all levels of management.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to travel as needed
Proficiency with marketing software and tools, including CRM and contentmanagement systems.
WORK LOCATION – DHAHRAN, SAUDI ARABIA.
