The Catering Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and increasing sales for Rahal Company's catering services.

The Catering Sales Representative will work closely with the Director of Catering and other staff members to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives that align with the Company's goals and target market.


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase catering revenue and meet sales targets
  • Identify and target potential clients through research and outreach efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Collaborate with the Director of Catering and other staff members to develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote catering services
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and agreements to clients
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Coordinate with kitchen and event staff to ensure timely delivery and execution of catering services
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices
  • Maintain a professional and customerfocused attitude at all times
