RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing Customer Support Service
  • Process orders according to department guidelines and policies.
  • Maintain customer purchase order records.
  • Effectively engage with intercompany departments
  • Meet quality, productivity, turnaround time, and other expectations.
  • Identifying back order/ out of stock items, must have attention to detail to ensure accuracy of each order pulled.
  • Prepare Purchase Request
  • Prepare Delivery Notes & Shipping Documents
  • Prepare Invoicing Request
  • Handling Unfulfilled Orders
  • Update AR Sheet
  • AR Followup with customers
  • Followup for GR/SES with customers
  • AR Collection to achieve DSO target
  • Support Backlog Update
  • Maintain OH Folders in Server
  • Schedule Customer Order Delivery
  • Resolve Queries Related to Order Handling
  • Support to Meet Dept. KPI related to Order Handling
  • Monitoring and Recording of Inbound/Outbound Materials
  • Timely Update of Material ETA/ETD to Projects team
  • Resolve Customer & Dept. Queries Related to Order Handling
  • Manage Special Business Process
