What this job involves

In the position as Head of Landlord Leasing, KSA , you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis and developing strategic solutions.

Lead all Landlord leasing assignments in KSA for offices, industrial and other commercial asset classes (excluding Retail)
Contributing to delivering complex Leasing projects in KSA, focusing initially on Riyadh, Jeddah and Eastern Province
Building relationships with all Office Space players in KSA
Advising KSA developers & landlords on global best practice
Actively contributing to the team's 2024 revenue plan & building a multi-year business plan for growth (together with the Head of OBS & Retail MEA)
BD efforts and increasing business opportunities & reputation in the local market
To implement all data and activities in JLL's tool "Office Finder"
To work closely with all other JLL teams in delivering high quality services to our clients

Professional Competencies
Min. 7-10 years of relevant office leasing experience in a key global market
Fluent English written & spoken

Strong diplomatic skills involving tact and discretion. Experience of dealing with VIP's and V VIP's.
