Job Description:
Duties - Lead all shared and support services teams for NEOM Program: consisting of the following activity areas:
- HRBP
- Mobilizations
- Logistics
- TA
- GRO
- IT
- Training
- Finance
- Communications
- Based fulltime at NEOM Project offices
- Reporting to Program Director
- Dotted reporting line to country share services lead
- Establish needs of whole program for shared/support services
- Implement and maintain best practice in each area
- Liaison with client to ensure delivery of their provided
- Provide reports on regular bases
- Manage team located at program and communicate with country services team
- Manage budget for these activities
- Good general business acumen
- Working knowledge of shared services
- Well organized
- Abe to present at high level
- Previous experience of "change management" programs
Qualifications:
Education:
Degree and MBA preferred
