Location:Riyadh, Riyadh, SA- Are you ready to shape the digital future in KSA and Algeria? We're seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Senior Engagement Lead in the Digital, Data, and IT domain for designated affiliates.

The role will report to the SEEMEA Digital, Data and Technology Sr Director, with a dotted line to Sr Director in the affiliates, and will work closely in collaboration across local and regional teams cross value chain.

The Position

  • You will be leading SEEMEA Digital, Data, and IT Engagement, being the driving force behind DDIT's active contribution to local business strategies across the value chain; fostering discussions with Affiliate Leadership Teams, align priorities, shape the SEEMEA DDIT agenda, and coordinate impactful collaborations; ensuring that needs and priorities are synchronized with Affiliate, SEEMEA PMO officer, and SEEMEA DDIT LT
  • Moreover, you will:
  • Identify Affiliate Business Priorities: running yearly workshops with Affiliate LT to identify and prioritize DDIT tactics aligned with business priorities: shaping SEEMEA priorities to support local needs; owning the implementation of local Digital, Data & IT activities and projects, managing changes when necessary and building synergies crossregion; identifying opportunities and DDI projects to support business growth and needs across the value chain.
  • Build a Strong Foundation for

Frontline Interactions:

ensuring priorities are relevant for key functions and provide clear progress and alignment; driving the design and delivery of DDIT-related initiatives to achieve FFCE priorities in the affiliate; aligning with SEEMEA DDIT resources to provide input on HCP platforms, digital, and data requirements.


  • Drive DDIT Implementation: ensuring alignment with SEEMEA DDIT key stakeholders and Affiliate management teams on the DDIT strategy; leading the identification, design, and delivery of local DDIT initiatives prioritized by Affiliate LT.

Navigate in a Complex Stakeholder Landscape:

being a strong stakeholder manager in SEEMEA, balancing and merging multiple interests to embed DDIT strategy in affiliate objectives; gaining a broad insight into the value chain in the affiliate and understand where to provide assistance and advisory.


Qualifications- Have a University Degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation, Computer Science & Econometrics. Advanced degree preferred (MDs, MBA) ideally within IT strategy.

  • Are fluent in oral and written English; fluency in oral and written local language is preferred.
  • Have Consultancyrelated experience and previous experience in partnering functions.
  • Have Digital/Data/IT/Business managementrelated experience. 710 years of project managementrelated experience.
  • Have experience in the pharma industry and a basic knowledge of SAFe and the agile framework.
