Job Summary:

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • Preparation and typing of correspondence and documents.
  • Maintenance of correspondence and document filing system
  • Document control
  • Review of documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Preparation of periodic reports as requested by the Department Manager
  • Assist in the preparation of various presentations.
  • Planning for meetings, travel and hotel bookings
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, International Studies, or Political Science.
  • A minimum of two years of prior relevant experience
  • Proven ability to compose written correspondence.
  • Excellent command of English language (oral and written)
