THE ROLE


The Senior Human Resources Generalist serves as a critical role for running key HR initiatives for our offices in Saudi Arabia covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring excellent client service to our employees and smooth HR operations across all areas including employee relations, HR compliance, managing HR & Immigration portals, compensation and benefits, onboarding and offboarding, culture and engagement, service provider management, and being the first point of contact to all daily inquiries from employees based in Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle all HR operational matters throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, engagement, beneifits, etc.) for all our Saudi based employees, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Run the processing of payroll accurately and timely for KSA offices on monthly basis in close partnership with Finance and HRSS.
  • Collaborate effectively with Talent Acquisition and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Take the lead in ensuring new hires are onboarded smoothly, this includes working closely with line managers to prepare onboarding training plans, ensure all office operations matters are taken care of for the new joiner, preboarding activities are complete (workday, IT, contracts, immigration, etc.)
  • Ensure meticulous compliance with internal policies, contracts, and processes aligned with local labour laws and regulations and stay uptodate with any regulatory changes impacting our local offices, including immigrationrelated procedures.
  • Regularly maintain and update the various HR systems and data both internally (such as workday and internal trackers) and externally (such as GOSI, Muqeem), and run relevant reports as required.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager to review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Oversee and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including medical insurance and pension plans.
  • Assist in preparing and analysing HRrelated reports and analytics.
  • Manage employee relations matters, and grievances, and escalate when necessary to the Human Resources Manager.
  • Participate actively in 'Responsible Business Strategies' initiatives in Saudi Arabia including DEI, wellbeing, CSR, sustainability, and social.
  • Contribute to strategies focused on Employee Engagement & Development.
  • Liaise initiatives with regards to the firm's performance management process for KSA in collaboration with the Human Resources Manager.
  • Oversee the execution of endtoend immigration processes for our employees and their dependents ensuring employees are provided with quick, efficient, and reliable services for all Governmentrelated tasks such as employment permits, entry visas, medical examinations, salary certificates, and other miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration.
  • Conduct compliance assessments, provide expert advice, set clear process and requirements guidance, and handhold employees through the immigration process from communication kickoff to execution.
  • Manage all elements of employee offboarding ensuing an efficient exit process (benefits, immigration, insurance, IT, exit interviews, etc ).
  • Provide employee with relevant letters including salary certificates,NOCs, and reference letters.
  • For employees hired externally, liaise with Mobility Specialist the relocation support including analysing the requirements such as duration of covered accommodation, travel, temporary accommodation, and other relocation benefits administration.
  • Engage in crossfunctional collaboration with the broader Middle East team on projects aimed at enhancing the HR department and improving the overall employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee documents and receipts for HRrelated expenses.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong understanding of immigration law in Saudi Arabia
  • A strong, collaborative communicator verbal and written
  • Excellent organization skills and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • A curious mindset with the motivation to continually look for and implement improvements
