Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk and Governance Manager for a reputable organization.

As the Risk and Governance Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust risk management framework and ensuring compliance with governance policies and regulations.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks and ensure the implementation of effective governance practices within the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization, and establish risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage the risk register.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management processes and controls.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on risk management and governance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review, update, and implement governance policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to business units on risk and governancerelated matters.
  • Stay updated on emerging risks and regulatory changes impacting the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or governance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing risk management policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) are preferred.
  • Experience with risk management software or tools is a plus.
