Job Description Description:

This position supports to HR Manager in all aspects of day-to-day HR function including but not limited to; oversee and maintains employee's service record, vacation clearance, ESB clearance, payroll preparation, GOSI data preparation, updating addition and deletion of employees for Social Insurance Program/Medical Insurance Program, etc.

Job Description:

• Coordinates for payroll administration, smooth and efficient operation of personnel section.

• Provide guidance/counsel to company management on employee relations issues including interpretation of company policies and labor law; ensuring consistency in application and compliance with company policy and procedures, and consultation with respective department managers.

• Verify the ESB and Final Settlement of staff before approval.

• Handles Medical Insurance for all aspects – Renewal, Termination, Addition, Deletion, Premium, Claims.

• Develop, creates and generates HR reports and designs special reports as requested. Meets and attains all department goals.

• Coordinates with Insurance Company for the approval of treatments in line with policy if the case is rejected by the Insurance Company.

• Issue employment certificates and appropriate documents with accuracy to employees based on requirement.

• Handle the Processing of BTA – Business Travel Authorization including maintaining the record, processing for ticketing, reservation of hotel (if any) and submitting to finance for their payments of allowances.

• Manage projects to achieve HR administrative and Employee Relation goals. Collaborate with management in other departments in organizing and coordinating projects.

Job Skills Minimum Higher School Certificate. Bachelor Degree preferable. (Note: Educational requirement may be substituted with equivalent experience.)
Functional Skills

• Must possess computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) with the ability to learn systems and operations topics on an as-needed basis. Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required

• Good knowledge of Kingdom's labor and workmen law.

Saudi national highly preferred. Other candidates from KSA, with transferable iqama may also apply About The Company
