You will work with our partner Tawuniya, a leading insurance company in Saudi Arabia, on their digital transformation journey.

Position Overview
What you'll be doing

  • Implement natural language understanding and processing capabilities to enhance chatbot interactions.
  • Integrate chatbots with backend systems, databases, and external APIs.
  • Configure Oracle Digital Assistant instances to optimize performance and ensure seamless integration with other
- enterprise systems.

  • Customize chatbot behavior, dialog flows, and responses to align with business needs.
  • Utilize advanced natural language processing techniques to improve the accuracy and efficiency of chatbot interactions.
  • Stay updated on the latest NLP advancements and integrate relevant technologies into the chatbot development process.

Requirements:

What we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on chatbot development
  • Overall 10 year of experience in IT, Insurance sector in development
  • Extensive handson experience with Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and Oracle Cloud services
  • Knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP), Java,.Net, Oracle Database, Linux, WindowServer
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
