A Business Development Manager is a professional who is responsible for the growth of their department. They work with their sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
  • Leading contributor individually and as a team member.
  • Interaction with Clevel players.
  • Travel around half of the time of your job.
  • Sales lead generation and pipeline management using SalesForce, SAP, Oracle CRM or any Popular CRM platforms with regular, complete and concise updates Forecast accurately and execute deal closures in a structured and transparent manner.
  • Collaborate across Oracle Line of Business stakeholders in the defined territory and within the various teams within the ISV organization.
  • Achieve revenue targets for our DWH/BI solutions for the EMEA region selling both to existing customers and to new logos.
  • Strategically engage customers with the view of building key relationships and creating the foundation for Application purchases.
  • Competency in positioning the portfolio at the "C" level at a business, IT and operational level.
Building a deep and active engagement model with Clients.

  • Creating a tailored 'case for transformation' and solution proposal with supporting business cases for each opportunity.

Required Skills/Experience:

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of sales experience with a Successful sales track record.
  • Experience in using Salesforce, SAP, Oracle CRM, or any popular CRM platforms.
  • Previous experience in business intelligence and Data Warehouse Solutions.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts, meet and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors.
  • Selfstarter/independent worker but a great Team player too, with strong interpersonal.
  • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
  • Strong combined Sales & business development skills.
  • Proven network of executivelevel contacts within the local region.
  • Demand Forecasting.

Nice to have:

  • Partner management experience would be beneficial.
  • Proven problemsolving capacity, including needs analysis and business justification skills.
