Boeing Saudi Arabia (BSA) is seeking an
Experienced Field Service
Representative in
Dhahran, Saudi Arabia for technical field support of F-15SA aircraft.

Employment initial contract is one year and contingent for renewal for the next 2 years.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Function as a liaison between Boeing and the Customer.
  • Monitors product performance and makes recommendations for resolution of potential issues.
  • Analyzes technical data and evaluates maintenance procedures.
  • Support maintenance personnel with troubleshooting of various aircraft systems and components.
  • Resolve maintenance and operational issues.
  • Must be able to read schematics, drawings and knowledge of fighter aircraft support and test equipment.
  • Provide field service representation and technical support to the customer and initiate corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services.
  • Utilize multidiscipline, technical expertise, and company knowledge to assist the customer to achieve and sustain a high level of proficiency in the operational and maintenance field.
  • Understand customer expectations and assist the customer in interpreting and using support data and documents.
  • Provide technical onthejob and adhoc training and act as the onsite liaison between the company and customer personnel of widely varying backgrounds to gain resolution of significant technical and operational issues.
  • Work unsupervised for extended periods of time in a wide variety of environments.
  • Develop excellent relationships across multiple organizations and with all levels of the military customer to ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
Traveling is expected up to 20% of the working time.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years radar system knowledge and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years F15 maintenance experience.
  • 5 or more years' experience maintaining military aircraft.
  • Must be proficient in reading schematics, drawings and use fighter aircraft support and test equipment.
  • Requires the ability to work independently in a demanding, oncall, 24 hour per day operational environment.
  • Must be willing to work outside of normal working hours to support the RSAF.
  • Must be willing to travel to other US and foreign operating locations to assist with the customer's mission and maintenance demands as well as the recovery of disabled aircraft.

Microsoft Suite:
Word, Excel and others as needed.

Typical Education/ Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
