RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Well versed in the ServiceNow Platform (Now Platform)
  • Aware of the ServiceNow Implementation methodologies and framework
  • Engaged in various ServiceNow Modules Implementations (Functional and Technical) ITSM is required, while CSM, ITOM, FSO, FSM all preferred
  • The Architect should have rounded architecture knowledge and experience in working with various industries: Government, Banking, Healthcareetc.
  • The Architect is preferred to have the ServiceNow Architecture Certification (CTA)
  • The Technical Architect is responsible for analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, proposing solutions to achieve complex business objectives. The position provides guidance on, assists in establishing, and participates in technical governance processes. The role collaborates on the design and implementation of a platform operating model that improves likelihood of successful go-lives and end-user adoption. Technical Architects provide technical evaluation of strategic and operational demands against the ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and leading practices.
  • To participate in the CTA program, candidates must have at least three years of ServiceNow Subject Matter Expertise (SME) experience and experience taking business requirements and converting them into ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • The architect has worked across various integrated solutions with 3rd party solutions such as SAP, Oracle, SalesForce
  • The architect should be well versed in the various ServiceNow deployment models: Cloud (SaaS), sovereign cloud deployment, onsite deployments.
  • The architect should be well versed in the various ServiceNow Bill of Quantities and is able to assess the current client fitness and adoptability.
