Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently through the store's point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods.


Inventory Management:

Keep track of stock levels, restock shelves as needed, and inform the store manager of inventory shortages or popular products.


Store Maintenance:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and the store environment is appealing to customers.


Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and handling returns or exchanges in accordance with the store's policies.


Promotions and Marketing:
Promote ongoing sales and marketing initiatives, such as seasonal promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs, to encourage repeat business.

Knowledge of Policies:
Be familiar with the store's policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with fellow sales associates and store staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.

Sales Targets:
Work towards achieving individual and store-wide sales targets set by the management.

Product Feedback:

Gather feedback from customers about their shopping experience and product preferences, providing valuable insights to improve the store's offerings.


Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on new product launches, industry trends, and sales techniques to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
