Sales Account Manager

**Job Overview**:The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and developing longterm relationships with merchants/clients. This includes generating new sales managing existing accounts and providing excellent client service and analysis. Identify and acquire new merchants to expand the companys client base and drive revenue growth.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts: This includes identifying and qualifying new prospects developing relationships with key decisionmakers and managing the sales process from start to finish.
- Generate new sales: This includes identifying new opportunities developing and executing sales strategies and closing deals.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed acquisition targets and drive business objectives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each merchant and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends competitors and opportunities for market penetration.
- Provide exceptional client service and support to new merchants during the onboarding phase ensuring a smooth transition into the companys ecosystem.
- Managing existing accounts: This includes ensuring that merchants / clients are satisfied with our products and services upselling and crossselling and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Track and analyze sales performance: This includes tracking sales metrics identifying trends and reporting to management on sales performance.
- Utilize datadriven insights to optimize sales performance forecast trends and implement improvements in the acquisition process.
