Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
Forecasting sales and booking for the month.
Following up the quotation status with the customer, understanding the requirements and coordinating with the application engineers to fulfil customer needs.
Reviewing standard sales contracts & reaching agreement with customers (payment, LC, warranty, etc.).
Following approval process.
Reviewing and submitting sales order to factory in coordination with Finance, Purchasing and Logistics.
Following the payment terms guidelines and payment conditions as instructed by the Finance Department and assisting in collections.
Participating in weekly/monthly meetings for sales review, aging and collection.
Generating inquiries through market visits to contractors, consultants, retailers and dealers.
Creating quotations in-line with the specifications.
Performing Technical submittals and clarifications with order finalization in coordination with the sales manager.
Ensuring proper invoicing is being issued by sales coordinators.
Following up the delivery process with logistics.
Following up the payment & collection terms in coordination with finance department.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2-6 years of relevant experience in the same or similar industry
Thorough knowledge of the market and A/C products
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Team player, excellent negotiations and Computer skills
Proficiency in English and Arabic
