HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting daily administrative and HR duties.
- Assisting HR manager with record maintenance, payroll processing and provide clerical support to HR team.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Coordinate orientation of newly hired employees, handle new hire paperwork, and assist with workstation setup.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Support benefits enrollment, and address benefitsrelated inquiries.
- Prepare HR documents, and maintain an organized filing system.
- Handle inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on labor laws, and ensure HR processes align with regulations.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, HR or admin experience, familiarity with HR software.

- Attention to detail, time management, interpersonal skills, confidentiality.
- Timely task completion, accurate record maintenance, and effective communication.
- Officebased, regular hours with occasional flexibility.
