Key responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong, longlasting customer relationships
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet targeted revenue increase
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly container volume results and annual forecasts)
  • Initiate smart solution to help the company to tab into new opportunities, empowering automation and digitization
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • Serve as the direct point of contact with assigned clients to ensure prompt and accurate service to exceed client expectations.
  • Managing clients' needs, including overseeing all operational and account management tasks throughout the lifecycle of any engagement.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and make key decisions on behalf of our clients throughout the lifecycle of our service.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Follow up with clients and make visits to client locations.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and help creating company's policies related to credit, pricing, account management and required service deliveries
  • Maintain and organize all records for a client's transactional event(s).
  • Stay informed on various legal requirements to maintain compliance with local regulations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Promote and demonstrate positive behaviours in harmony with DP World's Principals.
  • Accountable for leading, mentoring and team engagement.
  • Providing direction, promoting collaboration and ensuring the team are enabled to achieve goals and objectives of the business
  • Measure and monitor performance against critical criteria, policy and guidelines established by DP World
  • Ensure compliance to DP World, Environment, Health, Safety, Security & IT policies and procedures.
  • Understand and adhere to DP World's Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
  • Ensure adherence to DP World standards and policies.
  • Ensure data security is maintained to protect the privacy and interest of clients and key stakeholders.
  • Manage team of professionals and disseminating knowledge through continuous learning and development.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
by the line manager.

Job requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in business administration or relevant and certification in statistics or economics.

Competencies and skills:

  • Business acumen: identify key revenue and cost drivers and understand their impact on an overall business case
  • Financial analysis: understand and evaluate complex financial models to determine the accuracy of projections
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills, and confidence to operate in a customercentric manner and advanced in English
