Job Purpose:


We are looking for an HR coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties and facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employee's records and supporting the interview process, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company's talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics.

HR coordinatorresponsibilities include overseeing our hiring processes, supporting on GOSI & GOSI & another governmental platform.

To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations thorough knowledge of labor legislation.


  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Provide support & expertise to our HR Operations team on GOSI & other Saudi labor laws, policies & procedures
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in employee relations matters, including addressing Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts, updating employee information, and maintaining HR documentation.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role or similar administrative position.
  • Familiarity with HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Experience:

  • Employee relations: 2 years (required)

  • English fluently (required)
