We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join a dynamic team, based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You will be responsible for driving new business partnerships, expanding our footprint in the KSA market, and playing a key role in our continued growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for KSA, aligned with our overall company goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the fintech ecosystem, including banks, financial institutions, and potential partners.
  • Negotiate and structure lucrative commercial agreements that drive revenue and market share.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing partnerships and ensure their success and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain deep industry knowledge, with a particular focus on open banking regulations and opportunities in the KSA market.
  • Build and manage a highperforming team of BD professionals in KSA.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage sales presentations and proposals.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and build brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the fintech sector, ideally with a focus on open banking.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of the KSA financial landscape and open banking regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior executives.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • A Saudi national is highly preferred.
