The Opportunity

Investor Relations Manager will develop and maintain relationships with the financial community, mainly; analysts, investors, financial journalists, Shareholders, CMA Capital Market Authorities and Stock Exchange with the objective to enable the market to understand Almarai and facilitate investment decisions of Almarai shares


Selected candidate will coordinate with the departments concerned to organize the Annual or Special General Assembly Meetings and in addition liaise with Tadawul to better manage the shareholder database.

Also, he has to update Almarai section about Tadawul Website and ensure it meets all the requirements of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) regarding disclosure

Only applicants that match the following experience will be considered

  • Minimum 6 years in similar role.
  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, commerce or Business administration
  • Good verbal and written English skills.
  • Capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Saudi nationals only.
