Job Overview:


As the Head of Account Managers, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of account managers, driving client satisfaction, and fostering business growth.

You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our client and talent management strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional growth and success.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive account management strategy aligned with the company's objectives, focusing on client retention, revenue growth, client and talent satisfaction.
  • Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring effective communication, timely resolution of issues, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling, maximizing revenue potential from existing clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Monitor competitors and industry developments, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of account management activities, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including business development, recruitment and HR to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients and talents.
  • Stay uptodate with industry best practices and emerging trends in account management, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customercentricity within the account management team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within account management or a related field, with a track record of successfully managing, retaining and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on team development, motivation, and collaboration.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience in the IT industry is highly desirable.
