Administrator, Transformation Administrative Affairs

Provides high level support to CTO in leading the overall administrativeoperations and activities of the Corporate Transformation Office and organizesthe administrative systems of the division as assigned.
Acts as a source ofexpert to the CTO on a variety of administrative matters upon request.Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Organizes, administers and directs the assigned administrative activities of the office of the CTO.
- Provides support to the CTO on KFSH&RC related issues and proposes appropriate measures to remote smooth functioning and efficiency.
- Establishes strong and smooth collaboration with various departments and services supporting the CTO.
- Supports the CTO in recruitment and orientation of new staff into the division.
- Prepares studies and submits reports, as requested or directed.
- Ensures the submission of the required reports to the CTO and prepares executive summary as requested.
- Keeps the CTO informed of operational issues that may jeopardize or delay achieving the approved goals.
- Collaborates with all relevant stakeholders throughout the Transformation Program and ensures efficiency and effectiveness of execution of roved subinitiatives and related business cases.
- Assists CTO in establishing solid communication mechanism with all administrative, financial and medical services in the Hospital to pursue services required for the operation of the Division.
- Executes special projects, as assigned, in supporting the CTO.
- Provides smooth communication and update between the CTO and Senior Executives. Ensures Senior Executives are well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities as delegated b CTO.
- As directed by the CTO, addresses key issues; provides recommendationsfor resolutions and takes action as directed.
- Serves as the primary point of contact on all administrative matterspertaining to the CTO.
- Follows all Hospital's related policies and procedures.
- Participates in self and others' education, training and development, asapplicable.
- Performs other related duties as signed.
Education:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, ProjectManagement, Hospital Administration or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required:
Eleven (11) years of progressive related experience with Master's orthirteen (13) years with Bachelor's Degree, including five (5) years at a higher consulting and/or managerial position is required.
