training/certification.Works together with Delivery Directors, Client Partner and Vp Technology and VP Delivery in the execution and delivery of large projects and/or multiple small/medium projects (up to 100 employees).
Collaborate with Business Units(Accounts) and understand their project resource demands and work with the delivery centers spread across the globe to fulfill the demandIntegrate different roles like Developer, QA, Business Analysts, Project Managers to deliver positive results for clients
Excellent relationship building and management skills.Proficient in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, MS Visio, MS Project Plan
Capable of influencing a large team or multiple projects to achieve goals with strong team development, leadership and mentoring skillsEnsuring designs, approaches and standards are extensible across multiple projects.
Conducting technical design reviews; auditing projects to ensure best practices are followed.Responsible for overall performance; defining metrics and setting targets for multiple or complex customers' projects.
Responsible for completing performance technical assessments for his/her team.Receiving and analyzing information on ongoing projects and sharing knowledge with the entire team.
Learning and sharing the best practices and processes within the studio, account or practice.
