Weare currently searching for an enthusiastic andinnovative Business Development Manager tolead our Enterprise Strategy business line,developing, managing, and supporting relatedservices' portfolio that focus on providingbest practices and excellence methodologies in the domainsof ITSM, Information Security, Business Continuity,GRC, Risk Assessment, Security Compliance, ITQuality and Enterprise Architecture. BusinessDevelopment Manager is the ultimate owner for managing anddeveloping a group of solutions/products and related servicesworking closely with all company's departments to achieve thecompany's goals. Responsibilities:

  • Prepareand develop business plans that contribute to the continuesservice's development for assigned workloads.
  • Identifyand develop business unit's unique selling propositionsand differentiators and be able to project our services as thebest-in-class.
  • Makesure any assigned service or product is well defined bydeveloping and following service catalogueprocess.
  • Engagedirectly with sales team in developing the relationship withcompany's key accounts by introducing our services as anexpert in the assigned workloads.
  • Prepare thetechnical responses to RFPs and other documents asrequired.
  • Monitorbusiness health for assigned workloads by working closely andconducting business reviews with finance, sales, marketing,customer success and services teams to ensure the success ofthe planned objectives.
  • Identifyopportunities for campaigns, services, and distributionchannels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Manageand lead the relationship with assigned vendors /partners by acting as single point of contact forbusiness reviews and any partnership's requirements.
  • Directlyor through a team; manage and supervise any operation processrelated to the vendor's agreement that include leadregistration, discounts, order placement, incentive, vouchersand rebates management through the announced vendor's channelor portals.
  • Incooperation with customer success teams, make sure existingcustomers are satisfied and renewals are on track. Plan forCross-Sell and Up-Sell to existing customers by identifyingnew services or enhancement to existing service thatcontribute to customer's success and numeric objectives.
  • Deliverdirectly and indirectly product and service training andworkshops to increase sales, marketing and service deliveryawareness and understanding for the assigned portfolio. Thismay include onboarding for new team members that will engageat any of the mentioned functions.
  • ContentCreation: Help define new technical and market content such aswhite papers, technical concept notes, product plans,competitive battle cards, product videos, blog posts, marketanalyses and any other material that enable/support ourcustomers and other internal teams.
  • Lead technicaldemonstration: Execute demos/presentations for customersand internal sales and marketing team members. Create anddocument specific alignment between atechnology/service demonstration and a solution vision.Set a high-quality bar for demo/presentation curation,execution, and delivery while engaging with a variety ofcustomer roles, both management and technical.
  • Lead customerbusiness value identification and discovery -- understand howour services and their unique differentiation can be usedwithin the customer's existing architecture and businessenvironment.
  • Leadtechnical workshops, seminars, and engagements with customerswho are interested in an in-depth understanding of oursolutions and services.
Requirements

Certification Requirements:

ProfessionalQualifications or Certifications (from recognized institutionsor professional regulation bodies) Required, if any.

  • ITIL Expert (Must)
  • ISO/IECstandard Lead Auditor or Implementor in one or more domains (Must)
  • COBIT 2019Foundation (Preferred)
  • COBIT 2019Design & Implementation (Preferred)
  • TOGAF (Preferred)
  • IT4IT (Preferred)
  • ARIS, OrbusiServer or Mega knowledge (preferred)

Experience:

  • Extensiveknowledge and work experience (7+ years' experience) in ITSMframework and standards; should participated (as a leader orkey consultant) in ISO standards & certification projects.
  • Businessstrategy and market development knowledge with demonstratedanalytical and business modeling skills.
  • Ability toinfluence and drive results in a complex technical andbusiness environment, including ability to communicate andinfluence various internal stakeholders and across functions(such as marketing, sales, services, customer success and finance).
  • Extensiveknowledge in document and report writing in both Arabic and English.
  • 3+ yearstechnical experience in one or more IT domains(Infrastructure, Application, Security etc.)
  • Strongunderstanding of standard process design, processdevelopment, and process implementation methodologies,tools, and techniques
  • Stronganalytical skills to be able to review and understand largeamounts of information and its inter-relation, dependency,flow and input/output
  • Experienceworking across private and public sectors across EMEA –particularly in GCC
