Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, customer relationship management, and strategic business development. This role requires a professional with strong skills in enterprise sales, team leadership, and customer success, particularly within the technology and SaaS sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Drive enterprise sales initiatives, focusing on acquiring and retaining large enterprise clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales specialists and business development managers.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Market and Industry Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Analyze competitors and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and leverage this knowledge to improve sales strategies.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage customer data and sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or a related role in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales management software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
