Overview:
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Callistus, you will be responsible for spearheading our business expansion efforts in the Saudi Arabian market.
You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth for our products and services.
Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape in Saudi Arabia.

Business Strategy: Develop and implement strategic business plans to penetrate and expand our presence in the Saudi market.

Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target organizations.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring consistent progress and timely follow-up.

Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to align business objectives and drive growth.

Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience in the Saudi market, preferably in the technology or B2B sector.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi business environment, cultural nuances, and regulatory landscape.
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to engage with Clevel executives and decisionmakers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Saudi Arabia residency and valid driving license required.
