We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Production Designer/Artworker to join our team based in Riyadh.

Job Overview:


As a Senior Production Designer/Artworker you will work closely with the design team to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and excellence in the execution of all visual materials.

Your attention to detail, accuracy, commitment to visual excellence, technical expertise and creative problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in maintaining the company's visual identity and delivering impactful visual assets.


Responsibilities

  • Understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.
  • Translate design concepts into productionready materials, adhering to design specifications and brand standards.
  • Ensure that all visual assets adhere to our brand guidelines and highquality standards.
  • Take ownership of design layout and artwork for print and digital media, ensuring accurate color reproduction, image quality, and format specifications.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices and assisting in their professional growth.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies related to graphic design and production.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for improving design workflows, processes, and quality.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand the brief and establish project goals
  • Help develop project plans, outlining scope, tasks, timelines and resources required.
  • Work with the studio team to manage workflow and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to all relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience (6+ years) as an Artworker or in a similar design production role.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout composition.
  • Detailoriented mindset with a keen eye for precision and consistency.
  • Leadership skills to provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing insights and fostering their creative growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team in both English and Arabic.
  • Good knowledge of print production processes and requirements.
  • A portfolio showcasing a variety of projects and a solid grasp of design fundamentals.
