We are looking for a
Wholesale Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating enduring, trust-based relationships with our clients.

This is a leadership role that involves overseeing a portfolio of assigned clients and developing new business opportunities from existing clients.

Your responsibilities in account management encompass nurturing strong customer relationships, engaging with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports.

You will also be responsible for responding to client inquiries and identifying new business prospects among our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Establish and nurture robust, longlasting client relationships.
  • Skillfully negotiate contracts and secure agreements to optimize profitability.
  • Develop trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the prompt and successful delivery of our solutions, tailored to customer needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing clients or areas for improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Monitor and forecast key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on account status.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and expand opportunities within your designated territory.
  • Provide assistance in addressing challenging client requests or escalating issues when necessary.
  • Adhere rigorously to all pertinent policies, procedures, and processes to maintain consistent and controlled daily operations.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous process improvement, enhanced practices, costeffectiveness, and increased productivity.
  • Advocate for the implementation and adherence to organizational policies, procedures, processes, and instructions among fellow employees.
  • Ensure the seamless continuity of workflow by following daily operations related to your role.
  • Contribute to the timely preparation of accurate reports that meet defined requirements, objectives, and standards.
  • Give top priority to addressing customer needs, both internal and external, with courtesy and promptness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or Sales, preferably in the B2B or wholesale industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers.
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
