This role will be located in Riyadh, working within the most prestigious international schools to offer the students our services.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the various departments within the admin team, including the venue administration team, registration team, and inquiry team.
  • Ensure all admin staff are effectively trained in their roles and responsibilities.
  • Conduct weekly meetings for the various departments in your team, providing Directors with weekly feedback.
  • Ensure all venue registers are updated and accurate.
  • Manage followups for trialists, those registered but not attending, and outstanding payments.
  • Ensure the admin team sends school registers to respective schools that require the list in line with school deadlines.
  • Send monthly attendance reports to the accounts team for venues with revenuesharing agreements.
  • Ensure that all credit/refund/cash is accounted for in both the accounts tracker and live registers.
  • Ensure correct targets are set on the registers.
  • Report attendance vs target after every session in line with the agreed company report.
  • Ensure correct and timely communication is sent via the admin team, in agreement with sport managers.
  • Ensure effective internal communication.
  • Manage the schedule of the admin team, including sessions, office time, and signups.
  • Update the website as needed to ensure it is correct at all times.
  • Manage and support the inquiry team.
  • Review reports and suggest changes and improvements to maximize registrations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problemsolving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
  • Knowledge of the sports industry or experience in a similar role is a plus.
