Office Manager - Riyadh
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the establishment of the new office, ensuring all facilities are fully operational.
- Handle business registration and compliance with local regulations.
- Assist with obtaining visas and work permits for employees.
- Maintain accurate records of all legal documents and ensure timely renewals.
- Oversee contracts with local vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate terms and ensure costeffective procurement of services and supplies.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees.
- Manage lowlevel HR functions, including maintaining employee records and handling basic HR queries.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure smooth daytoday operations of the office.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff as needed.
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with local business setup processes and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
We are looking for a highly experienced Office Manager who wants to help set up and manage a start-up from scratch.
The key to this position is credibility; you must have a proven track record in establishing and running office operations effectively.
You are an experienced leader of people, whether managing direct staff employed by the company or coordinating with external service providers.
As a key part of the start-up team, you will also support the development of other functions and key staff members.
