Project Management Office (PMO)


Persistence Recruitment in collaboration with Jawraa, a leading Saudi Digital Transformation company, is seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) professional.

Jawraa specializes in innovative technology services aimed at enhancing the telecommunications and digital services landscape in Saudi Arabia.

As part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by providing strategic oversight and support.


Responsibilities:

1.

Strategic Oversight:

Provide strategic guidance and oversight to project managers and teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations.

2.

Process Development:
Develop, implement, and maintain project management processes, methodologies, and standards to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across projects.

3.

Project Governance:

Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, including policies, procedures, and controls, to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

4.

Resource Management:

Collaborate with resource managers to allocate and optimize project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to meet project requirements.

5.

Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive risk management strategies and contingency planning.

6.

Performance Monitoring:
Monitor project performance and progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and deliverables. Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders.

7.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure the quality of project deliverables by implementing quality assurance processes, conducting reviews, and promoting continuous improvement initiatives.

8.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment of expectations.

9.

Change Management:
Develop and implement change management plans to effectively manage project changes and ensure stakeholder buy-in and acceptance.

10.

Knowledge Management:

Establish and maintain a repository of project documentation, lessons learned, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the organization.


Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management office (PMO) roles, preferably in the IT services or consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP are desirable.
