In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
The position is primarily responsible to develop and grow the business of Diagnostics within the specified territory of Saudi Arabia by managing a team of qualified Sales specialist.

Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia
Sales & Profitability Management
- Lead and manage the Sales & Profits for BC in his specific territory, aligned with the company strategic goals, to drive growth and achieve the Business Plan targets.
- Setting and reviewing sales objectives of his sales team
- Ensuring a healthy and updated Sales funnel using SFDC.
- Identify product, market segment and customer growth opportunities and develop appropriate plans in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
- Work closely with the Application teams to drive menu expansion
Resources Management
- Managing wise placement of hardware in potential accounts to ensure high ROI
- Assisting in recruiting and selection of Sales and Sales and Application specialist
- Leading, coaching and motivating the sales force
- Conducting Performance appraisals
Communication & Relationship Management
- Assisting in launching new products and ensuring dissemination of marketing messages
- Spend substantial time within the market to build strong, effective relationships with the Key Opinion Leaders, Lab directors, national procurement bodies and hospital procurement departments.
- Ensure the tactical marketing plans for each product and market segment are clearly implemented as defined by the Marketing Manager
Knowledge / Experience Required
- B. Sc. degree in Life Sciences, medical Lab, or equivalent
- Prior experience in supervisory or managerial role (5 years' experience is minimum)
- Result driven Sales Professional with a successful track record
- Diagnostic/ Laboratory experience is a MUST.
- Knowledge of the different business models in the Diagnostics industry, GPPRR, OTL, etc.
- Previous experience working with distributors/TPPs mandatory.
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Ability to build excellent relationships with the different stakeholders including endusers, purchasing agents, Distributors.
- Highly agile and flexible as travel is required
REQUIRED BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
- Work closely with the sales force to achieve compete market visibility, setting sales targets & activity plan for each account. Perform double visits with the sales team and focus on evaluating their performance and keeping them motivated to achieve the market plans.
- Be a leadership sponsor for 'people development' by building and developing a team of Hi Po calibers.
- Be a leadership sponsor and role model for the company compliance & integrity guidelines.
