Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • The Order Book Fulfillment Manager is responsible for managing & executing order book for customers by coordinating / matching supply and demand within the supply chain and ensuring orders are fulfilled on time & in full across Wholesale, DPC, FRAN, ecom. & Own Retail channels.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume responsibility of matching availability (supply) with sales orders against commercial requirements.
  • Coordinate with Sales Team & Customers Service Team to ensure day to day operations for Order book execution is smooth.
  • Manage preseason & inseason delivery plans to ensure order book is executed on time, considering warehouse capacity utilization & constraints.
  • Enable KSA market in meeting their financial and operational objectives while supporting market commercial strategies, optimizing supply for given region and continuously improving operational performance through driving endtoend supply chain integration with areas and global functions.
  • Take responsibility of shipping instructions, on time, and goods issue posting on the systems.
  • Work closely on Campaign Launches by coordinating with SCM campaign planning team and Business Units, Sales Team & Customer Service Team to ensure on time deliveries to the markets.
  • Forecast planning and coordination with the warehouse team to ensure that pick/pack priorities are executed as planned.
  • Participating and supporting in crossfunctional S&OP meetings, when necessary, manage interfaces between SCM, sales and finance, considering all requirements of all involved parties.
  • Ensure all Order book related reports and KPIs are published on timely manner.
  • Support line manager to drive implementation of strategic initiatives, projects etc.
  • Manage team to ensure deliverables are completed on time. Ensure team is highly motivated and engaged.

  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • Deep understanding and management experience in operational supply chain process environment, understanding business requirements and capabilities needed.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively and efficiently on different layers of the organization.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and experience in team management
  • Demonstrating initiative and result oriented
  • Occasional travelling
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Degree from an accredited college or university degree with emphasis on the area of finance, business, logistics, planning, Supply Chain, information systems, or operations
  • 4 years of experience working in a supply chain environment
  • Management experience for at least 2 years
  • Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
