A Day in the Life
- Order Management & Customer Service Excellence, processing and following up orders in accordance with current policies, procedures and work instructions.
- Follow up the financial (payment) situation and control the fulfilment of contractual terms by customers in close cooperation with the Finance Department and Business Unit Managers.
- Liaise closely with distributors and service providers on a day to day basis.
- Maintain customer and material master files & support sales contracts.
- Work on structural process improvements with customers and business unit managers.
- Manage customer complaints and returns process.
- Maintain return acceptance criteria & follow up on distribution hold notifications and return of held products to Medtronic suppliers.
Must Haves
- Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 12 years' experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service in a multinational company.
- Team player, innovative & strategic thinker.
- Excellent communication skills & customer focused.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Nice to Haves
- SAP knowledge
- Work experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Understanding of endtoend logistics processes
