**المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية**
- توفير الربط المطلوب بين مجلس الإدارة وفريق الإدارة التنفيذية وتزويدهم بالمعلومات الكافية لأداء مسؤولياتهم.
- تقديم المشورة والتوجيه والتوجيه والتفويض لفريق الإدارة التنفيذية لتنفيذ العمليات والأهداف الاستراتيجية الرئيسية.
- مساعدة مجلس الإدارة في تحديد الأهداف والأهداف الاستراتيجية والميزانيات والسياسات والإجراءات لتعزيز حصتها في السوق والربحية وعائد الاستثمار.

- مراجعة النتائج التشغيلية للشركة ومقارنتها بالأهداف والأهداف المحددة ، ومتابعة التدابير المناسبة لتصحيح النتائج غير المرضية.
- إنشاء والحفاظ على نظام فعال للاتصالات في جميع أنحاء الشركة لضمان تعريف المسؤوليات والسلطات والمساءلة لجميع المدراء بشكل واضح ومفهوم.
- مراجعة الأداء لفريق الإدارة التنفيذية بشكل دوري وتوصية باتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية وتحسينات.
