Job Title: Chief Risk Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Risk Officer to join our team at the Saudi Tourism Authority. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework that integrates risk management, business continuity, and governance & compliance practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Governance & Compliance departments, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive ERM framework that integrates risk management, business continuity, and governance & compliance practices across the organization.
  3. Oversee the identification, assessment, and prioritization of enterprise-wide risks, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensuring effective risk response and control activities.
  4. Establish policies, procedures, and standards to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a culture of ethical behavior and accountability within the organization.
  5. Act as the primary liaison for risk management, business continuity, and governance & compliance matters, regularly reporting to the executive team and the board of directors on risk exposures, mitigation strategies, and compliance status.
  6. Provide leadership during crises, coordinating cross-departmental efforts to manage and reduce the impact of disruptions, ensuring timely recovery and continuity of operations.

Requirements:

  1. At least 17 years of experience in a relevant field.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
