The team you'll be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services.

With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

As Radio Solution Manager, you will join an open, fearless, and empowered team. Your main objective would be to develop business opportunities comprising MN portfolio, with strong technical understanding of Radio products. These activities are performed maximizing the financial performance and ensuring the best TCO.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of the team you will:

  • Assess MN Radio Business opportunities technically and commercially.
  • Build detailed offers aligning MN products scope in detail, considering regions / phases / tech implementation plan, suppliers' strengths, weaknesses and deployment risks.
  • Drive/influence customer strategy in alignment with Nokia product roadmaps and negotiate contracts.
  • Leads the creation and development of endtoend solutions, optimizing the use of Nokia's multiBL portfolios to achieve the customer vision and requirements.
  • Optimize End to End TCO for customers using market / competitor benchmarks.
  • Expert capability within domains of 2G,3G,4G and 5G technologies.
  • Ensures solutions have required features, cost parameters, and acceptance from the customer.
  • Drive Mobile Networks portfolio programs, create white space analysis and accelerate pipeline.

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Strong experience on Radio Portfolio and offerbuilding processes.
  • Strong customer engagement & sales skills
  • Strong understanding of Mobile Network Radio, Microwave and Network Management Roadmap & Portfolio details
  • Problem Solving, Customer Focus and Strategic Mindset.
  • Leadership skills towards functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity.
  • Business Case Creation, Solution selling and Orchestrating skills.
