Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and broaden our customer base within the hospitality sector.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Perform market analysis to discover new business opportunities and understand client requirements.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in industryrelated events, such as conferences and association meetings, and stay updated on market and industry trends.
  • Work closely with the management team to set business goals, plan strategically, and forecast business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with excellent organizational skills.
  • Must possess a valid Iqama.
  • A valid driver's license and readiness to travel as needed.
