What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for airport development that align with stakeholder requirements.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing airport facilities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop proposals for rearrangement of airport space allocations to optimize usage.
  • Identify construction challenges and propose solutions that meet stakeholder needs while maintaining safety standards.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Involved in all phases of airport terminal projects from planning and design to construction and commissioning.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project progress and quality, implementing necessary adjustments as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements related to Airport design.
  • Act as client representative and key communication point for all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure timely sharing of information and decision.
  • Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.
  • Maintains affiliation with professional societies to keep abreast of current airport design and technologies.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Must hold a Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Architecture or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in airport development or related field. Has previous similar large scale PMO's projects experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, aviation regulations, and safety standards related to airports.
  • GCC experience is preferred.
  • Must have experience at senior management/director level as well as having extensive experience in client facing roles.
  • Strong background in Technology and Innovation.

  • Effective oral and written skills for client presentations, technical reporting, and internal / external correspondence; Ability to effectively present information to key stakeholders as required by the client.
  • Understanding of the construction management at risk alternative delivery process and the functions inherent to construction management of largescaled projects.
  • Understanding of budget development and cost accounting
  • Ability to manage and encourage a team of construction management professionals.
  • Ability to interface with all levels with project team, client, and others.
  • Knowledge of construction contract negotiation and administration.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
  • Ability to function in a multiorganizational environment by developing relationships that complies with the client's proactive, collaborative culture.
