This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:

To provide Project level leadership and assist in the control, management, co-ordination and reporting of the construction phase of the projects, which must be delivered to the agreed programme, budget, quality, environmental and Health & Safety standards.

You'll be responsible for:

Delivers large multiple construction packages on schedule, budget & quality.Works with planning team to develop detailed and accurate programme of work.Plans the programming of day-to-day resource requirements and communicates these to construction team.Achieves set objectives such as client satisfaction and successful and safe delivery of packages on programme to quality and within budget.Assesses project team capability and performance.Sets up clear lines of communication among project partners, subcontractors , and other stakeholders.Ensures the cooperation and coordination of contractors while they are on site.Contributes to the achievement of Mace safety targets and zero tolerance of unsafe working practices and occurrences.Provides accurate and timely project progress reportsMonitors external changes to work plans and report the effect of changeEnsure adoption of innovative ideas from variety of sourcesAdheres to Mace Way of managing projectsLeads meetings and review progress in productivity, design and achievement of commercial requirements, H&S reviewsContributes to contract review process.

You'll need to have:

Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.Recognized degree in Construction Management or any related discipline. Minimum10years professional experience on international airport projects.
