Main responsibilities and expected contributions

Mission


The local IT team, reporting to the regional IT department, is also responsible to provide regular reporting of their activities through metrics and dashboards.

It includes the follow-up and reporting of the budget status in collaboration with and requested by the Regional IT Governance.


The role of the IT Officer in KSA will assist the Local IT Team Leader in ensuring the team activities and duties are properly executed, controlled and reported.


Direct Responsibilities

  • The responsibility of the IT Relay includes the following duties within the branch in the GCC where he/she is affected:
  • To perform 1st level of IT Support for departments in Riyadh branch and offices in Saudi Arabia (including BIC).
  • To assist in ongoing fit out projects for the installation of IT infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.
  • Installation of hardware in line with the standards of the Group (Neos).
  • Incident logging, handling system issues and closing the incidents within Turnaround time.
  • Incidents follow up, adhering escalation and change management procedures.
  • IT Production activities, including periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) tasks.
  • Ensuring the hardware and software are at all times compatible to the latest IT Security, Audit and Control requirements, under the group IT Security Policy.
  • Regularly monitoring of all servers and infrastructure equipment.
  • Performing Daily task related to SARIE.
  • Performing STELINK system administration and Support.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the availability of IP Telephony equipment.
  • CCTV and access control support.
  • Collect and report regularly to the Line Manager Metrics and dashboards related to the team activities and to the budget.
  • SADAD activities and support.
  • To be a member in the centralization of IT helps Desk.
  • Expected Contributions
  • Backup to head of IT in KSA.
  • Back up to local security manager in the Banking committee for Information Technology (BCIS) with SAMA.
  • Participating in team projects.
  • Participating in DR and BCP activities.

Main Knowledge Need

  • Knowledge of AIX.
  • Experience in SARIE Security.
  • Knowledge of DataBase Management systems (e.g. Sybase)
  • Experience working in Windows server
  • Work experience in Systems Administration.
  • Work experience in Network Administration.
  • Knowledge of physical IT Infrastructure setup.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Saudi Nationality
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree
  • 12 Years of experience (Overall and relevant experience)
  • Arabic / English Language

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
