Your responsibilities:
  • Proactively monitors digital sales performance and implements corrective actions for business growth.
  • Sets key digital sales targets and establishes monitoring metrics.
  • Identifies opportunities with customers, plans for implementation, and allocates necessary resources.
  • Executes customer surveys to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Participates in key contract negotiations.
  • Manages market price levels and supports local sales organizations.
  • Identifies and manages risks related to contracts and cybersecurity.
  • Develops and implements digital sales processes and tools, including training activities.
  • LICENSE TO OPERATE / CORE VALUES:
  • Ensures compliance with ABB's core values, safety standards, and code of conduct.
  • Ensures adherence to internal and statutory regulations.
  • Promotes integrity and compliance with ABB values across all activities.
  • COLLABORATION / LEADERSHIP:
  • Builds strong relationships with key decision makers in customer organizations.
  • Leads and develops the sales organization to exceed targets.
  • Ensures proper organization and skills within the team.
  • Drives knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Has a good understanding of Energy Industries services and related processes.
  • Your background:
  • Ideally, holds a degree in Engineering with relevant experience in Digital OT & IT Automation & Power Systems.
  • Good technical knowledge in Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Water Business.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Precise, organized, flexible, and autonomous.
  • Skilled in Portfolio Management, Business Strategy, Market Intelligence, and more.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
