Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and safeguard the reputation of ServiceNow by overseeing PR initiatives across various areas such as the platform, products, and corporate programs.
  • Formulate PR strategies to drive media coverage, collaborating with experts, executives, and PR agencies in the Middle East and Africa region, specializing in KSA and UAE.
  • Establish a prominent social media presence in the Middle East, including supporting key executives with their social media requirements.
  • Working under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, South Communications, liaise with global and EMEA PR teams to ensure successful launches, announcements, PR programs, and awareness-building activities.
  • Stay abreast of industry news and events to identify opportunities for swift responses and targeted media engagement.
  • Create diverse content types, ranging from press releases and blogs to infographics and executive briefing materials, to effectively communicate key messages.
  • Lead integrated communication efforts by collaborating with teams across marketing and global communications, including analyst relations, social media, thought leadership, employee communications, events, and other relevant departments.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with leading business and trade media outlets as well as influencers.
  • Utilize customer stories to narrate our brand story in a compelling manner.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in Public Relations, including working at PR agencies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating impactful PR campaigns and related content.
  • A passion for storytelling, trend-spotting, and proficient writing skills.
  • A solid grasp of the technology landscape.
  • Experience in collaborating with international teams.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • The ability to think strategically while also understanding the significance of data in decision-making and reporting.
  • A proven track record of influencing and advising stakeholders.
  • A proactive, independent approach to work, along with a can-do attitude and a willingness to oversee projects from inception to completion.
